Chef Berenice Sulmont is a 30 years old, French Chef who studied Culinary Arts in the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon. She also worked for Three Star Michelin Chef Michel Troisgros for two and half years. After that she worked with Chef Philippe Conticini for a couple of years in La Patisserie Des Reves in Paris. Then she left France to participate with Oriol Balaguer for the Pastissery in Catalunya, Spain. Three years ago, she became part of the worldwide Four Seasons Family as Pastry Chef at Four Seasons Mexico City.
