Project Description


Born in the vibrant and beautiful Mexico City, her passion for cooking began at a very young age which made her study at one of the first gastronomy universities The Superior School of Gastronomy. Her professional life began in Nashville, TN at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and convention center where she developed in several areas such as the Commissary, Banquets and restaurants of different specialties. When she returned to Mexico, she collaborated with La Comercial Mexicana in its new concept of gourmet supermarkets “City Market” as Chef de Cuisine. She later joined the Four Seasons Family at the Miami location.

After a while missing her beautiful city, she was presented with the opportunity to join the culinary team of “Hawks Cay Resort” in the Florida Keys, where she spent 3 years as a Chef. Restaurant in Tíos Bar to, eventually, take over the Beach Grill at the property.

Finally the opportunity to return to her country was given again with Four Seasons Punta Mita where she is currently directing the grill restaurant on the shore of Bahia Beach.
