Chef David Serus is a French-born, award-winning culinary expert with over 25 years of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels across the U.S. and Europe. Since 2019, he has led the culinary program at Montage Laguna Beach, where his ingredient-driven, technique-focused cuisine reflects his roots in France and passion for seasonal, locally sourced produce. A recipient of the prestigious Maître Cuisinier de France title, Serus previously held executive roles at renowned Ritz-Carlton properties and the Four Seasons, consistently delivering refined dining experiences.
