For almost a decade, Abril Galindo has been the Executive Sous Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Austin. She started her Four Seasons path in Punta Mita, and was later transferred to Austin, where she built a strong reputation as an “Authentic Mexican Cuisine” connoisseur. Born and raised in Guadalajara, she started her career there as part of the talented team at Hotel Demetria, she later moved to Riviera Nayarit, where she worked, first in Vidanta, and later as part of the Punta Mita Warriors at Four Seasons. She moved to Austin after that, and she has lived there since. Now she is responsible for the breakfast, lunch, and brunch menus in Ciclo, the Four Seasons Hotel Austin Contemporary Texas Kitchen, and everyone is raving about it!
