Project Description


Born in Barcelona, Spain, where she currently has her restaurant specializing in typical Catalan dishes “El Cingle”. 

Montse has more than 45 years of experience cooking, learning and traveling around the world, with the desire to live the cuisine of all the countries she has traveled, collecting secrets of everything and everyone.

Thanks to these experiences, she has published three books on gastronomy and was awarded her first Michelin star in 2004, becoming the first woman in Spain to obtain this distinction.
