Born in Mexico City, raised in Monterrey and moved to Baja California. Alfredo consolidated his gastronomic seal in 1998 in Northern Mexico when he opened his first cantina style restaurant “Botanero Santa Lucia”.

Today his restaurant VILLA TOREL (Valle Guadalupe), inside the vineyard of Santo Tomas has a concept of proximity cuisine restaurant. Using only seasonal products and seeking to generate a cuisine in which the diner succumbs to deep, logical and succulent flavors.
