He was born in Mendoza- Argentina, he worked for 3 years at the Hotel Hyatt Mendoza
(The only 5-star hotel in the city) as manager of the wine cellar for the Hotel’s catering events and later as Assistant Sommelier in the Bistro (the largest wine list in Argentina).
I made a career as a sommelier at EAS and I had the opportunity to work at Bodega Salentein for 1 year,
where he later headed for Mexico to get to work at the Importadora Vinos del Mundo in Guadalajara, after 4 years of extensive experience, took the initiative
to follow my own path where the representation of Wines of Argentina begins in Mexico which took 5 years to the present. In 2015 it started formally creating the Wineman Company.
He currently has 15 years of experience in the wine market in Mexico and is considered among the 30 best sommeliers in Mexico and the Wineman company
