Cristóbal Leandro
Cristóbal Leandro is an Argentine chef recognized for his innovative approach to cooking and his passion for local ingredients.
He discovered his love for cooking through play, influenced by his Hungarian grandfather during his childhood. At the age of eight he made his first asado and his passion was ignited. At seventeen he began his professional career in an Italian restaurant in Puerto Madero and, the following year, he was in Milan, learning and developing in high-end kitchens.
Originally from Argentina, he has excelled in his ability to combine modern culinary techniques with Argentine gastronomic traditions, creating dishes that celebrate the diversity and richness of his country’s cuisine. His style is characterized by a deep respect for regional products and a commitment to sustainability in gastronomy. Leandro has gained recognition in the culinary scene for his participation in international gastronomic events and for his contribution to the development of contemporary cuisine in Argentina.
