Project Description


As Executive Chef of The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort, Chef Peruyero oversees all culinary operations of the five-diamond resort, including Carolina AAA Diamonds Award, Sea Breeze, Arecas, Marietas, Altamira, Oyster Bar, Mita Mary Boat, in-room dining, weddings & events.  Throughout his career, Peruyero has served as executive chef at various high end  profile properties including Capella Hotels, The Westin Resort & Spa Los Cabos, Sheraton Miramar, W Hotel Mexico City. Prior to that, he was part of the culinary team at The Ritz-Carlton Cancun, The Ritz Carlton Pentagon City, The Ritz Carlton Reynolds Plantation, Capella Pedregal and Ambrosia. Graduated from the Ambrosia Culinary Center.

Chef Peruyero is native from Poza Rica, Veracruz;  Peruyero’s international experience contributes a unique and refreshing perspective to The St. Regis Punta Mita culinary team.
