Alejandro Gabriel Euroza Zamora was born in Zumpango, State of Mexico on September 20, 1991.
At the age of 16, after taking a cooking course at the Centro Educativo Grupo CEDVA, Alejandro decided that he would dedicate his life to gastronomy. During his studies at the Coronado Culinary Arts Institute in the State of Mexico, thanks to his skill and discipline in the kitchen, he was invited to gastronomic events such as Expo el Gourmet, Abastur, Cumbre Tajin, Mesamerica and Millesime.
In 2022, Alejandro joined the LAGO/ALGO project, a gastronomic and cultural space in the Chapultepec Forest in Mexico City. In 2023, Alejandro joined the prestigious ST REGIS chain. Today, Chef Euroza represents one of the most significant pillars in the culinary field of the property, being Chef de cuisine of the renowned Carolina restaurant, the only 5 diamond restaurant in the Punta Mita area.
