Kevin Lee
Executive Chef Kevin Lee brings over 20 years of experience from Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels, and celebrated culinary establishments to Pendry Park City. Starting his career in Los Angeles, he trained under prominent chefs Josef Centeno and Josiah Citrin, eventually becoming Chef de Cuisine at Centeno’s Bäco Mercat. Lee developed a distinctive style that blends bold flavors with precise techniques—an approach that continues to shape his cuisine.
Before joining Pendry Park City, Lee held senior culinary roles at major West Coast destinations such as The LINE Hotel and The Aster. Now as Executive Chef, he leads five unique dining outlets, curating menus that highlight mountain ingredients with global inspiration. Known for his leadership, mentorship, and innovative spirit, Lee has helped establish Pendry Park City as a true culinary destination, where each dish tells a story and guests feel warmly welcomed.
