Laura Catena

Laura Catena is a renowned Argentine physician and winemaker, widely recognized as one of the most influential figures in the wine industry in Latin America. She is the managing director of Catena Zapata, one of the most prestigious wineries in Mendoza, and has played a key role in positioning Argentine wine, especially Malbec, among the finest in the world. In addition to her work in winemaking, she founded the Catena Institute of Wine, dedicated to the research and preservation of high-altitude Argentine wines.
