Marc Narongachai
Marc began his culinary career at 15 at a cooking school in Bangkok and later moved to San Francisco for an internship. In 2018, he permanently relocated to the city. Subsequently, he was given the opportunity to open a Thai food pop-up, Talay, at the Montage Hotel in Los Cabos. This spot quickly became a favorite among visitors and local chefs, evolving into a long-term project for him. Chef Marc Narongchai blends authenticity, creativity, and a deep respect for Thai cuisine, bringing a unique and contemporary style to Thai street food.
