Mauro Colagreco is an internationally acclaimed Argentine chef and the visionary behind Mirazur, the three-Michelin-star restaurant in Menton, France, named the World’s Best Restaurant in 2019. Renowned for his instinctive, nature-driven cuisine, Colagreco champions sustainable gastronomy through short supply chains, biodiversity preservation, and circular culinary practices inspired by the rhythms of nature and the lunar calendar. Since arriving in France in 2001 and training under legendary chefs including Alain Ducasse and Alain Passard, he has built a global culinary presence with restaurants across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, while earning recognition such as UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador for Biodiversity and Vice-President of Relais & Châteaux.
