Odette Olavarri
From a young age, she shared her love for cooking, starting to teach classes at 14 and studying at Le Cordon Bleu at 18.
She founded her bakery, ODETTE, in 2019, which later expanded with new locations in Condesa and the Tamayo Museum.
Today, she is focused on strengthening her team and sharing knowledge through a philosophy of constant collaboration.
Lorea Olavarri
She developed a deep connection with food early on, influenced by her family and her grandfather’s ranch.
Although she studied fashion, the pandemic led her to focus on cooking, opening NERO and later ERRE.
She will soon open Lorenzo, a space that reflects her vision of conscious cuisine rooted in memory and respect for the environment.
