Rodrigo Cárdenas
Rodrigo Cárdenas Garza, immersed in culinary traditions from a young age, honed his skills in high-quality banquets and regional cuisine under the guidance of his parents. He advanced his education with a degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey and culinary training at the International Culinary Center in New York, working with top chefs at Dinex Group and Nicos. By 2022, he became the executive chef at Don Artemio Mexican Heritage in Fort Worth, which earned notable accolades including a James Beard Foundation nomination and top restaurant honors.
